Blueberry Bran Muffins
Blueberry Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix flour with sugar, baking powder and salt.
Combine egg and milk and add to flour mixture.
Add shortening and mix only enough to moisten flour.
Fold in cereal and blueberries.
Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 medium muffins.
Muffins may be baked and then frozen.
To serve, thaw muffins completely, then heat on ungreased baking sheet at 350° for 10 minutes.
