Blueberry Batter Cake
Blueberry Batter Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. blueberries, juice of 1/2 lemon, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sprinkle berries with lemon juice.
Pour evenly in well-greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Cream 3/4 cup sugar and butter. Sift flour, baking powder and 1/2 of salt together.
Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
Pour batter over berries.
Combine 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and rest of salt. Sprinkle evenly over cake.
Cover cake with boiling water.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
