Blender Banana Cake
Blender Banana Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 bananas, 1 c. vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. flour and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Whirl fully ripe bananas in blender.
Add oil and eggs; whirl until well blended.
Place flour, sugar, baking soda and salt into a medium size bowl.
Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients and mix until blended. Pour into pan; rap on table to remove any large bubbles. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.
