Black-Eyed Pea Dinner
Black-Eyed Pea Dinner is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 2 cans black-eyed peas, 1 large can tomatoes, 1 c. chopped bell peppers and 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Crumble and cook meat in large skillet.
Remove from pan. Saute onion and pepper until onion begins to get clear.
Put meat back in pan and add peas and tomatoes.
Simmer together for 5 to 10 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
