Biscochos(Very Special Cookies)
Biscochos(Very Special Cookies) is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 4 1/2 c. flour and 4 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs (reserve 4 tablespoons of later use).
Add sugar, then oil and beat well.
Add flour and baking powder, a little at a time, until it forms a smooth dough.
Roll dough into strips about 1/2 inch diameter, then cut in 4-inch lengths.
Bring ends together to form a ring.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Add 1 teaspoon sugar to reserved egg and brush on biscochos.
Bake at 350Β° for 22 to 25 minutes or until brown.
