Bierocks
Bierocks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pound ground beef, 1 pound ground sausage, 2 pounds (1 quart) sauerkraut, drained, 1 batch yeast dough and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown beef, sausage and onion.
Drain well.
Add salt and pepper, mix together with sauerkraut.
Place tablespoonful of filling in center of 5 inch square of bread dough.
Close and pinch together corners and set onto greased baking sheet to rise. Bake at 350 degrees till golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen.
