Beulah'S Chicken Piccata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boneless, 1 large egg, 1/4 c. unsifted flour, 1/4 c. margarine or butter and 2 tsp. chicken bouillon or 2 cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat egg in 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika.
Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in flour mixture.
In skillet, brown chicken in margarine.
Dissolve bouillon in water, add with remaining lemon juice to skillet. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
