Betty's Cranberry Salad
Betty'S Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 medium apples, unpeeled and finely chopped and 4 c. fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Stir in next 4 ingredients; spoon into a lightly oiled (Pam) 8-cup mold. Chill until firm and unmold on lettuce leaves.
Serves 10 to 12.
