Better Than Carrot Cake
Better Than Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 3 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs and salad oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup pecans and the 2 cups of bananas.
Spoon into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove and cool completely.
Spread frosting on top and sides and between layers.
Sprinkle with remaining cup of pecans.
