Belle Baganz's Coffee Cake
Belle Baganz'S Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crisco, butter or margarine, 2 c. sugar, 3 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix (cut in) first 3 ingredients until crumbly and remove 1 cup of mixture to sprinkle on top of batter.
To remaining mixture, add baking powder, eggs, milk and flavoring.
Add cinnamon to the cup removed and put on top of batter.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan (I use 9 x 13-inch pan) and bake at a moderate temperature for about 30 minutes.
