Beer-Cheese Soup
Beer-Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped carrots, 6 c. chicken broth and dash of tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Saute onion, celery and carrots until soft.
Put in soup pot. Add chicken broth.
Heat until very warm.
Add Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Mix cheese with flour and add to soup.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Add beer.
Serve with garlic croutons.
