Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sirloin beef, 2 tbsp. parsley, 4 tbsp. butter, 1 c. onion, chopped and 2 c. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Trim fat from heat and cut in 1/2-inch strips.
Heat butter in large frying pan.
Add meat, onion and mushrooms to butter.
Saute over high heat until meat is nicely browned.
Add seasonings.
Add cream of mushroom soup.
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Fold in sour cream.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Do not boil.
Serve with cooked egg noodles or rice.
