Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef chunks, 3 c. water, 2 bouillon cubes, 2 tbsp. tomato paste and 3 tbsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut small chunks of beef.
Dredge beef in flour, salt and pepper; brown beef in oil.
Drain.
Add 3 cups water, the bouillon cubes, tomato paste and mustard.
Simmer until meat is tender (about 1 hour).
Add sliced mushrooms; simmer until mushrooms are tender.
Right before serving, add the sour cream.
