Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. boneless round steak (3/4 inch thick), 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Slice beef across the grain into very thin slices.
In skillet, over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, stirring often. Set aside.
In same skillet, combine soup, sour cream and paprika. Return beef and onion to skillet.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Serve over noodles.
Yields 6 servings.
