Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips, 1/4 c. flour, dash of pepper, 1/4 c. margarine and 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dust meat with flour and pepper.
In a skillet, brown the meat in butter.
Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly.
Stir in soup.
Cover and cook 1 hour, stirring often.
Gradually blend in sour cream.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve over noodles.
Always add sour cream the last 5 minutes, never more.
