Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak, cut into thin strips, 1/4 c. flour (dust on meat), pepper (lightly), 1/4 c. butter and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat in butter.
Remove meat from skillet and saute chopped onion, mushrooms and garlic.
Brown lightly.
Stir in beef broth, cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Stir occasionally.
When done, gradually stir in sour cream and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve over cooked noodles.
