Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. top round, cut in 2-inch square pieces, 3 tbsp. oil, 1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large skillet, brown meat in oil. Remove. Cook onion in drippings. Add mushrooms and cook. Blend flour with 1/4 cup broth and add to pan. Add beef broth gradually, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper, dill weed and dill seed.
Place ingredients in crock-pot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Add sour cream just before serving over noodles or rice.
Makes 6 servings.
