Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak, 1/4 c. flour, dash of pepper, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut meat into thin strips, dust with flour and pepper.
In large skillet, brown meat in butter.
Add mushrooms, onions and garlic.
Brown lightly.
Stir in soup.
Cover and cook 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring now and then.
Gradually blend in sour cream.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve over noodles.
Makes 4 generous servings.
