Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak, flour, 1/4 c. oleo, 1 can mushrooms and 1/2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut round steak into thin strips.
Dust with flour.
In large skillet, brown meat in oleo.
Add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Brown lightly.
Stir in beef broth.
Cover and cook 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Stir now and then.
Gradually stir in sour cream.
Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
