Made with 1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips or 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown steak or ground chuck and onion in butter.
Stir in soup, water, sour cream, and paprika.
Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
