Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef round or sirloin, cut in thin, narrow 2-inch slices, 3 tbsp. fat, 1 large onion, chopped, 3 tbsp. flour and 13 oz. can mushrooms with broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meat in fat.
Add onions, garlic and celery.
Cook until golden.
Stir in flour; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn into a 3-quart greased casserole.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Cover casserole for first hour.
Serve on noodles or mashed potatoes.
