Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sirloin tip roast, cut in finger-size strips or cubed, flour, salt, oil and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Season meat strips with salt; flour and brown in oil.
Add mushrooms, ketchup, butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Cook slowly until meat is tender (1 1/2 hours).
Just before serving, add sour cream and stir well.
