Beef Stew
Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. lean beef stew meat, 3 to 4 potatoes, cut in quarters, 3 carrots, cut, 2 stalks celery, cut and 1 onion, cut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Rinse and pat dry stewing meat.
Cut in smaller pieces.
Add all ingredients in 5-quart cooking dish.
Mix dissolved beef cubes and can of soup with preceding ingredients, adding salt and pepper and any other spices you might like.
Cook in oven at 350Β°. Time 2 to 3 hours, covered.
Do not need to brown meat first.
