Beef-Macaroni Italiano
Beef-Macaroni Italiano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. elbow macaroni, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook macaroni; drain.
Brown ground beef until cooked and crumbly.
In large saucepan, melt butter and blend flour.
Stir in undrained stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, red wine, onion soup mix, oregano, salt and pepper.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Stir in beef and macaroni.
Spoon into a large casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese, top with pepper rings.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
