Beef Hash
Beef Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. leftover cooked beef (pot roast, steak, etc.), 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 medium onions and 4 medium potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grind up beef, (you could accumulate small amounts of leftover beef until you have enough to equal 2 cups, ground up.
Place the leftovers in a Baggie and freeze until needed), onions and potatoes.
Place in frying pan with butter and seasonings; mix well.
Fry over medium heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Can also be baked 1 hour in a 350Β° oven.
