Beef Enchilada Rice
Beef Enchilada Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. oil, 1/3 c. diced onions, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 can whole tomatoes in juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
