Beef Cabbage Soup
Beef Cabbage Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 gal. hot water, 1 lb. chopped onion, 8 oz. chopped green peppers, 3 lb. cooked ground beef, drained and 1 (no. 10) can tomato tidbits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a 20 quart container, put onion and green peppers in 2 gallons water and bring rapid boil.
Add meat, tomatoes, beans, beef base, pepper, salt, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. Add cabbage.
Boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
Makes 5 gallons.
