Beef Burgundy
Beef Burgundy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef cubes (1 1/2-inches), 2 tbsp. salad oil, 2 cans french onion soup, 1/2 soup can water and 1/2 soup can burgundy or other dry red, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large heavy pan, brown beef in oil; pour off fat.
Add soup, water and Burgundy.
Cover; cook over low heat for 2 hours. Add noodles and mushrooms.
Cook 20 minutes or until done.
Stir often.
Add more water if necessary.
