Beef Burgundy
Beef Burgundy is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. cubed round or sirloin tips of beef, 1 tbsp. kitchen bouquet, 1/4 c. cream of rice cereal, 4 carrots, shredded and 2 c. thin sliced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place beef on rack in roasting pan.
Put into unheated oven and heat oven to 500Β°.
Roast beef for 5 minutes for each pound of weight (roast a 4 pound roast for 20 minutes).
Turn off oven.
Do not open door.
Leave beef in oven for 2 hours.
Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
