Beef Broccoli Wellington
Beef Broccoli Wellington is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 9 oz. broccoli, thawed and drained, 4 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 375°.
In medium skillet brown meat; drain.
Add broccoli, cheese, onion, sour cream, salt and pepper; mix well and simmer 10 minutes.
Separate dough into 4 long rectangles.
On ungreased cookie sheet, overlap long sides of 2 rectangles 1/2 inch; press edges to seal.
Press it to form 13 x 7-inch rectangle.
Spoon meat mixture in 3-inch strip lengthwise down center of dough.
Bring long edges over mixture.
Seal it by pinching dough together.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at 375° for 18 to 25 minutes.
