Brown sausages well.
Cut into thirds and place in a 3 or 4-quart casserole dish.
Reserve 2 tablespoons fat from sausages. Brown beef in 1 tablespoon fat; place in casserole dish.
Cook onion and garlic in remaining fat, just until tender.
Add green peppers; cook 1 minute longer, stirring occasionally.
Turn into casserole.
Add potatoes and well drained beans; sprinkle with seasonings.
Mix lightly.
Add bouillon.
Cover; bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
