Beef and Pepper with Rice
Beef And Pepper With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak (partially frozen), 1/2 c. margarine, 1 large onion, sliced in rings, 1 medium green pepper, cut in thin strips and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Slice partially frozen beef into thin strips.
In large skillet, heat margarine to high and quickly stir-fry beef strips, onion rings and green pepper strips until beef has lost red color. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste.
Serve over hot rice. Serves 3 or 4.
