Bavarian Beef is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced, 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Tenderize steak or pound until thin.
Cut into 2 x 1-inch strips.
Blend cornstarch, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Brown meat in oil; add onion.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Stir in beer, broth, pepper sauce and brown sugar.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add carrots and cook 15 minutes longer or until meat is tender.
Spoon over rice. Makes 4 servings.
