Bananas 'n' Cream Bundt Cake
Bananas 'N' Cream Bundt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. shortening, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a mixing bowl cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Blend in vanilla.
Add bananas and mix well.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, stirring just until combined.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dust with confectioners sugar before serving.
