Banana Variety Bread
Banana Variety Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, softened, 2/3 c. honey, 3 eggs, beaten, 1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas)* and 1/3 c. liquid, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine butter, honey, beaten eggs and mashed bananas.
Then add liquid (this can be fruit juice of any kind, a soft drink or even beer).
Add vanilla and dry milk (substitute chocolate milk powder, hot cocoa mix, Tang or Kool-Aid, if desired).
Then add baking powder, baking soda and flour.
Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer.
If desired, fold in peanut M & M's or chopped nuts by hand.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
