Banana Tea Loaf
Banana Tea Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. baking soda, 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt.
Set aside.
Into blender put remaining ingredients. Cover.
Press high button; blend about 20 seconds.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix just until all flour is moistened.
Turn into greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf.
