Banana Pudding(U. S. A.)
Banana Pudding(U. S. A.) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg yolks, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 heaping tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. water and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix egg yolks, sugar and flour slow.
Stir in 1 tablespoon water.
Add milk; cook until it begins to get thick.
Set off stove and mix in vanilla.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
In a casserole, put layer of vanilla wafers, layer of sliced bananas and some of the pudding.
Repeat until pudding is used up (usually takes about 3 bananas).
Put beaten egg whites on top of pudding.
Brown under broiler.
