Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, dash of salt, 4 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine 1/2 cup of the sugar, flour and salt in top of double boiler.
Add one whole egg and 3 yolks (whites for meringue). Stir in milk.
Cook, uncovered, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Layer mixture and wafers and banana slices in 1 1/2-quart casserole, ending with custard.
Beat whites with remaining sugar until stiff peaks. Pile on top of pudding surface.
Bake at 425Β° for 5 minutes or until browned.
