Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. flour, 1 c. sugar, dash of salt, 6 tbsp. water and 3 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix flour, sugar, salt and water, making a smooth paste.
Add egg yolks and milk which have been well mixed.
Place over low fire, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Pour into large Pyrex dish which has been buttered and layered with bananas and wafers.
Beat egg whites.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Pour on top of pudding; golden brown.
