Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes nilla wafers, 5 to 6 bananas, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 9 eggs and 1 can carnation milk (tall can), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar and cornstarch.
Add seven egg yolks and 2 whole eggs.
Save the seven whites for meringue.
Mix egg and sugar mixture well.
Add can of milk and 2 milk cans of water.
Mix well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
When mixture thickens to a thin pudding, remove from heat and add vanilla.
If mixture gets too thick and sometimes it will get like thick cream pie, add some water and cook a little more, stirring well.
