Banana-Pineapple Salad
Banana-Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. flour, 2 eggs and 3 to 4 bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain juice from pineapple chunks into saucepan.
Bring juice to a boil.
Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flour.
Cook until thick, then set off heat.
Add 2 egg yolks and cook again slightly.
Beat egg whites with 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff. Add to cooked mixture.
Add pineapple chunks and sliced bananas and fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.
