Banana Pecan Muffins
Banana Pecan Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp. baking soda and 2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix the yogurt and bananas.
Mix oil and sugar thoroughly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Stir in baking soda.
Fold in half the flour, then half the yogurt and banana mixture.
Repeat. Fold in the pecans.
Grease muffin cups or use foil or paper cups. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Bake about 20 minutes in 375Β° oven until lightly browned.
Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before removing from pan.
Delicious warm or cool!
