Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Put cream cheese and eggs in small mixer bowl; blend at low speed until smooth.
Add mashed bananas; mix well.
Place half of dry cake mix in large bowl. Add banana mixture and beat until blended.
Add remaining cake mix and nuts; stir until just blended.
Divide batter evenly in pans.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on racks 20 minutes.
Remove from pans; cool completely on racks.
