Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Stir in nuts.
Beat egg.
Add sugar and beat until light and creamy.
Stir vinegar into Carnation.
Add Carnation, banana and butter to egg mixture.
Stir liquid ingredients into flour mixture until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour into buttered loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch).
Bake in moderate oven (350Β°) about 1 hour. Allow 1 hour.
Allow to cool and store about 24 hours before slicing.
