Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. margarine or butter (3/4 stick), softened, 2 large eggs, 1 c. mashed bananas (2 ripe, large) and 2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
On low speed, beat sugar, margarine and eggs until just blended.
Increase to high speed until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
Reduce speed to low and add bananas and 1/4 cup water.
Beat until well mixed. Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Beat until blended.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes. Test with toothpick in center and comes out clean.
