Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. (1 stick) unsalted butter (at room temperature), 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Butter (or use Pam cooking spray) 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, beating well.
Stir the dry ingredients together and combine with the butter mixture.
Add the bananas, sour cream and vanilla.
Stir in the nuts and chocolate chips and pour into the pan.
Bake for 1 hour, until a cake tester comes out clean.
Turn onto a rack to cool.
