Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 c. ground walnuts, 1/2 c. sour milk (add 2 tsp. cider vinegar to 1/2 c. milk) and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks (slightly beaten), bananas, nuts, flour sifted with baking powder and salt, egg whites (beaten stiff) and then baking soda dissolved in sour milk.
Pour into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch greased pan or 2-quart pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
