Combine flour, Bran Flakes, oats and baking powder in large bowl.
Beat egg whites in small bowl until stiff peaks.
Add apple juice, yogurt, bananas and raisins in flour mixture; stir to blend.
Fold in egg whites and mix well.
Spoon the batter into paper lined muffin tin.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
