Banana Cream Pie
Banana Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) single pie crust, 3 bananas, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 c. milk and 3 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bake crust until done.
Line bottom of crust with bananas.
Mix sugar, milk and cornstarch.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
In another bowl, beat egg yolks and add small amount of cooked mixture to yolks.
Beat until smooth.
Add yolk mixture to remaining cooked mixture.
Cook about 2 more minutes.
Remove from heat and add butter flavoring, vanilla, salt and butter.
Pour over bananas and top with Cool Whip.
