Banana Bread Pudding
Banana Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium ripe bananas, divided, 4 c. (1-inch) cubes day-old raisin bread, 2 c. skim milk, 1 1/4 c. sugar and 1 c. egg substitute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 350°. In food processor or blender purée 2 bananas.
Measure out 2 cups purée; set aside.
Slice remaining banana; set aside.
Spray a 2 1/2-quart shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Add bread cubes.
In small bowl combine banana purée, milk, sugar, egg substitute and vanilla. Pour banana mixture over bread cubes.
Stir in banana slices.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until set.
Serve warm.
